TKE House Company

Lambda Chapter Building Corp., TKE, is the organization that manages the property at 216 Langdon Street. It is a 501(c) organization which is exempt from income taxes and files an IRS Form 990 each year.  For the year ending June 30, 2018, the organization reported net income of $138,149.  The property alone is valued at over $2,000,000 and the current mortgage on the property is $380,000 from the renovation work that was completed in 2007.

The organization is managed by a group of alumni volunteers.  Elections are held each December.
